This recent construction for Bangor Savings Bank, Portland, suffered from sporadic moisture infiltration during certain heavy rain events.  We were called in to perform a  forensic leak investigation.  Although it was originally thought to be a window leak we determined it to be a masonry issue.  Once the leak was located the masonry was removed to determine the cause.  The issue was simple and the mason was able to perform a permanent repair while onsite that week.
